1. Booking Policy<\/b><\/h2>
  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via written communication (WhatsApp, email, or SMS).<\/span><\/li>
  • Guests will receive confirmation including check-in details, booking summary, and total cost.<\/span><\/li>
  • You will be required to pay <\/span>R[amount]<\/b> upon arrival on <\/span>[date]<\/b>, unless otherwise arranged.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Check-In & Check-Out<\/b><\/h2>
    • Check-In:<\/b> Between <\/span>6:00 PM and 9:00 PM<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    • Check-Out:<\/b> By <\/span>10:00 AM<\/b> latest.<\/span><\/li>
    • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Payment Terms<\/b><\/h2>
      • Payment is accepted in cash, EFT, or other approved methods.<\/span><\/li>
      • For peak periods or group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.<\/span><\/li>
      • All rates are quoted in <\/span>South African Rand (ZAR)<\/b> and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/h2>
        • Cancellations made 48 hours or more<\/b> before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.<\/span><\/li>
        • Cancellations within 48 hours<\/b>, or <\/span>no-shows<\/b>, will incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable).<\/span><\/li>
        • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          5. House Rules<\/b><\/h2>
          • Please respect other guests\u2019 peace and privacy.<\/span><\/li>
          • No loud music or parties after <\/span>10:00 PM<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
          • Non-registered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.<\/span><\/li>
          • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.<\/span><\/li>
          • Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Liability Disclaimer<\/b><\/h2>
            • Dumelang Lodge will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.<\/span><\/li>
            • Guests stay at their own risk.<\/span><\/li>
            • Please keep valuables safe and report any concerns to management immediately.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
