1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via written communication (WhatsApp, email, or SMS).
• Guests will receive confirmation including check-in details, booking summary, and total cost.
• You will be required to pay R[amount] upon arrival on [date], unless otherwise arranged.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: Between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM latest.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is accepted in cash, EFT, or other approved methods.
• For peak periods or group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable).
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

5. House Rules

• Please respect other guests’ peace and privacy.
• No loud music or parties after 10:00 PM.
• Non-registered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Dumelang Lodge will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
• Guests stay at their own risk.
• Please keep valuables safe and report any concerns to management immediately.
